Opening Activity:
- Multiple stations with different media available for viewing. Teachers view the media and then note their first thought on stickies. Place the sticky unside down and then rotate to next station until everyone has commented at each station.
- Teacher at each station reads the comments left at each station

Reflection Protocol
- Reference module for norms and protocol
- Teacher presentation 10-15 min Summary of lesson, data, personal insights. Finish with one question or situation you would like the group to focus it's disucussion around.
- Group discussion 15-20 min Modirator keeps gropu focused on the question or situation the teacher highlighted.
- Summarization 5 min What did the group discuss and come up with for answers?
- Group Reflection 5 min What worked or did not work in the process? How does this process benefit students and improve instruction? Thoughts about the entire process (lesson, data, reflective discussion)
- Teacher reflection on what she heard. Please share this with me during a visit or by email.
Reflection Discussion of the Lessons and Data Collected
- Group reflects on the lessons and data collected from each teacher offering constructive suggestions. For each teacher's lesson, another teacher assumes the role of moderator. The moderator keeps the discussion moving forward and centered on postive observation or sugestions for improvement
