We will explore aspects of presentations that are effective and push for higher levels of thinking. Additionally, common errors and faux pas will be explored. Preparing students with appropriate planning before starting off on the computer will be a main focus.

Starting up with the basics:
Two Truths and a Lie demonstration and processing

Basics of Presentation Software:
Planning process first then create three slides showing off your two truths and a lie. Learning how to start up the program, create new slides, add text, format text, add in graphics and format, run slide show

Special Effects:
Children's story Creation while learning about adding in transitions, sounds, Backgrounds, animations, hyperlinks

Presentation Faux Pas Central
Use the following resources to compile a list of things you do not want to see from your students' presentations.

Advanced Procedures:
Throwing in advanced features like voice recordings, background music, hyperlink navigation

Brainstorm possible audiences and purposes of presentations
Catagorize into 4 types and explore types least visited
