The Custom PD eMINTS program draws from 200 hours of professional development from the comprehensive eMINTS program to create a customized 28-32 hour training program for qualifying schools.

The design of each program is to combine technology, best teaching practice and the school's goals into a sustained professional development experience. The session times and durations are set by each cohort with the goal of 30 hours each school year. Some schools choose to do the training during school time and some choose to do so after school. In addition to the trainings, the trainer mentor (thats me) visits each classroom frequently (about once a month) to help the teacher in any way the teacher needs to implement what they are learning. This help has ranged from demonstration in the classroom, help with technical issues and learning, collaboration in designing projects and activities, observation, or generally assisting in the classroom. The goal of the visitation is to support the teacher's growth in what they are learning.
